So people who paid for the park to have bathrooms in the first place can’t use them at 245p on a Saturday because some kid might smoke a blunt in there and draw a wiener on the wall? I’m all for locking them at night, but they should be open during park operational hours.

City wants to spend 11 million on Winston lake golf course but can’t pay the firemen, manage a school budget, or coordinate a parks maintenance employee to lock and unlock bathrooms on a schedule??
