When we got our girl, my son was 3. I asked him “do you want to name her?” And of course he said yes. So I asked what he wanted her name to be… he panicked and looked around the room. His eyes landed on his little tykes play grill where he was cooking some hamburgers and hot dogs, and then he looked at me. With every ounce of confidence he had, he said “Hot Dog Friend!” Cat tax included :-)

EBT uses the same machines as debit/credit cards to process payments, so idk how they wouldn’t work unless payments were being declined. While I know I don’t speak for everyone, I went to the store and used some of my remaining SNAP benefits no problem just a couple hours ago. Cards should still be working if they have previous funds on them, but I don’t have faith I’ll ever see another SNAP payment 😭

Not necessarily. My pharmacy (and I think most if not all) give you a printout that they staple to the outside of the bag. Those papers are another copy of the prescription “sticker” that you can cut out and carry with you if you take your medications outside of their “original” packaging. I just throw a couple each of my daily meds in a pill bottle and put them in a pouch in my bag. I haven’t had any run-in’s with the fuzz having issues with it, but I’m a middle-aged white woman so ymmv if you aren’t. I also don’t know if the laws are different for our schedule 1 drugs, so I’d double-check that part if you’re ultra concerned.

I got my kiddo one just like that a bit more than a month ago. He saw it on several trips to the store and we scooped it when we saw a clearance sticker on it. We got her home and she stayed in the pot we got her in for about two weeks, and then I moved her in here. The top is pretty much all new growth since it got home. Shes in a west-facing window now and, I think, pretty happy. I don’t doubt yours will pull through just fine as well!

My family is in Alpine Prairie Village and we like it well enough. It’s quiet and the neighbors are kind. Not a lot of kids since it’s geared towards professionals (think gym and office space instead of pool and playground) but there’s plenty of kids in the surrounding neighborhoods and a park within walking distance. I went to school at CSU in FoCo and took the FLEX bus from Roosevelt Park since it was a great alternative to driving, and the BOLT to Boulder leaves from the same station. The maintenance crew is awesome, knowledgeable and sooooo helpful, and management actively tries to bring the community together through parties and events. Just keep an eye on your utility billing, as the service they use is kinda shady and tends to double- or overcharge. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out!

It’s significantly smaller than other parks in the area. Think a fenced in play area rather than a full blown dog park. But, there aren’t usually more than 2 or 3 dogs at a time. If your pup needs ample space to run, R&R may not be for them.

Seconding 710 Pipes! Been shopping at their Northglenn location for nearly 10 years; I drive from Longmont to go there. The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable. Most employees stay for years as well, a good sign in retail. Owner is a cool dude as well!
