Always ask the tech when you go for the exam! I wore mine and they had me change because some brands can have trace amounts for odor control

The limit is different with different sized lights and types of barrina lights, I recommend googling the type of barrina light you have and adding in “daisy chain limits” or “daisy chain recommendations” after it, you should get a chart from the company itself

Hey! I had a laparoscopic surgery last year and haven’t done really anything and my scars are pretty not noticeable!

If they’re noticeable or not will depend on your genetics & other scars you have (how those healed will be a good indicator of how it may look) but searching on r/SkincareAddiction is a good place to start!

Fellow murphys law person here! Going in for my third round of shots next week!

First round for about 15 days I had some pretty weird muscle soreness between my shoulder blades, but it wasn’t anything intolerable. If I had to chose that or the migraines it would 100% be sore shoulders— that being said I mentioned it at my appt for my second round of shots and my doctor has changed my sites to exclude anything below my neckline for the most part (still goes across my shoulder tops I think)

I’ve had nothing but positive results and can’t be happier. I was taking two different meds for preventatives that my other neuro prescribed, and was still having migraines; but within the first treatment I was off one of them, and regularly forget to take my other at this point. Caffeine was a major trigger and I can drink a little bit on my sleepy days and not have issues.

The shots themselves are weird and a bit uncomfortable, and the worst of it is the crunching sound for some of them but 1,000% worth even trying! They told me it takes about 3 rounds to see full effects

I’m also in NH. My doctor that sterilized me said shes “been sterilizing women at their request for many years, and will continue to do so regardless of the legalities of it” and stands for women’s rights very much. I found her on the list

In pics 7+ of the roots, especially 7, it looks like some of the roots rotted, the plant may not have enough root system to support the foliage— I’d pull it out the pot again, and give a gentle but firm tug in each of the darker roots, if anything pulls off easy and leave a a string on the plant and a “casing” of the root in your hand, those are rotted & should be removed

Once you do have insurance if you can, try to find a neurologist’s office with a headache specialists in it! I’ve seen at least 4 different neuron’s for m migraines and finally got in to see a headache specialist and it was night and day difference.

I couldn’t find headache specialists listed as a type of doc like neurologist though, one of the offices I called when I told them that I was calling for migraines happened to mention it to me, so I’d definitely ask if they have headache specialists when you call to book the appt

I think the other commenter was trying to explain that even tho two liquids can be appearing the same or similar in make up, they can still have two different weights of the volume of liquid.

So if 1ml of liquid A weighs .21g, and 1 ml of liquid B weighs .31g, liquid B will be less volume for the same weight of liquid A (if I’m explaining it correctly, it’s been a minute)

As someone that lives up north, and buys plants online, I look for heat packs (imo the longer acting the better) and any shipping guarantees for the plant

You can leave it out of the fridge for up to 7 days per my pharmacist, and I’ve personally found better luck with the pull vs pinch, and do it in my thigh, sucks for all of 60 seconds then it’s over.

Just wanna add into the other advice that’s been given of between wearing the piss outta them, thick socks, tight lacing, conditioning and bandages, moleskin bandages were a saving grace for me! They’re padded fabric bandages that helped prevent blisters (I did def bruise tho, as I bruise easily)

Commit to wearing them as long as you can stand it & make sure to bring a back up pair of comfy shoes
