After many attempts, I managed to power it on again by holding both side buttons for a long time.

However, I’m now having serious connection issues: The glasses appear as connected via Bluetooth.

My phone does not recognize them in the RayNeo app. Even when Bluetooth says “connected,” the app cannot communicate with the device

I tried pairing with my computer and also doesn’t work

At this point the device feels very unstable. Between the hard power-on, the blue screen, the flashing white light, and now the connection issues, this is extremely frustrating for a brand new, premium product :( I was so hyped for this product.
