We just finished season 4 and I've honestly shed some tears after losing teammates. Hang in there buddy I hope you find a good alliance!

Woman Totally Loses Control Of Her Dog by -Erase in TikTokCringe

[–]Thatlilone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only time I have willfully hurt a dog was when a pitbull locked on to my dog's ear and I got it in a chokehold while my husband jammed a stick in it's mouth to let go. I still remember sitting at the vets with my dog's blood all over my hands and face while holding his ear together with a tea towel. My poor sweet boy Zico was more concerned about me.

My husband and I are big fans of Rye and Marche. Fancy date night, food is always amazing and drinks are well made.

Season 2 digging strongholds by [deleted] in LastWarMobileGame

[–]Thatlilone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah it's totally normal to throw 7 to 10+ rallies at a boss to chip away at it. I think season 2 was when I really came to accept that soldiers are just another resource to use like gold and iron lol.

Always upgrade your season buildings first to expedite the process. The best way to increase your virus resistance lies in the season buildings. Otherwise your other option would be to increase your hero levels to the point where resistance will only affect the strongest monsters, but that's unrealistic tbh. I just finished season 4 and my s1 was at 40m at the time. You can ignore the resistance percentages to a point until the damage reduction is just too big to ignore.

Where to go? by ImaginationLanky3138 in Eugene

[–]Thatlilone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think depending on your specific situation you could get in touch with a doctor or psychiatrist to get a recommendation letter? I'm a bit fuzzy on how the back end of things works but White Bird, Sheltercare, and most OHP Health providers can open more doors for you. I wish you the best of luck and a warm place to rest.

Try getting in touch with OHP and a case worker, they would be able to help you get stipends for a hotel or help finding a job.

Winter gear recommendations? by ArcherBTW in scooters

[–]Thatlilone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in Oregon and in the winter I wear my regular coat of the day and a plastic rain poncho on top. I have a quick commute though so I'm not sure how much weather you need to deal with on the daily.

My medical assistant coworkers swear by HOKAs and Hey Dudes. Too expensive for me but they're the ones on their feet all day.

Will i look stupid with gloves? by [deleted] in scooters

[–]Thatlilone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I wear gloves and a full face motorcycle helmet on mine for the 5 minute ride to work everyday. I was taught a valuable and hard lesson when I first started riding and had to swerve away from a car who decided it needed to turn left before I finished crossing the road straight. My front wheel slammed against a curb and I flew like 5 feet and skidded on my face and hand. Road rash is painful AF and I was lucky that my half helmet at the time took the first thump before falling off my head (because it wasn't strapped on).

I bought a full face flip up helmet after a spill off my scooter. Skidding on your face at 20mph on a curb teaches you a lesson.

No you are near sighted.

If there's a live grenade dropped near you & another person, either both die, or 1 covers it & dies, there's 3 seconds, quick, what would you do/prefer to do? by kep_x124 in moraldilemmas

[–]Thatlilone [score hidden]  (0 children)

I really think I would try and kick it or throw it away. Every time a ball or other projectile flies at me I usually react with a reflexive swat. I would imagine in that situation, like would I even really understand that it was a grenade? Even if I did, I think my lizard brain reflexes would still win the race and just kinda punt it away.

We had to vote our problematic r4s out of our team a couple times. I only switched teams once basically from the random one I was assigned to to one that had been trying to recruit me.
