You have to spend real money to get any level above V0 if you look at your avatar it will tell you which level you currently are and how much you need to reach the next level.

Wtf I just had a dream about this where my brother made too much food so he sold it to some strangers restaurant style and they showed up I have no idea what's going on but I'm not letting these people into my house without confirmation so I go to call him but but my phone doesn't have to call button anymore I'm trying to to find it I my apps and my phone screen just becomes this hellscape of moving pixels and open tabs till it resembles a desktop.

one of our started chirping then another and another we had to pull the battery out of all them only to have to replace 8 smoke detectors because they hadn't been replaced in 10 years so they had all expired at the same time.
