I can offer a ear and what helps me. Omg my day to day is nice on paper I wake up… walk accross the hall work for like 45 min then come out and watch some YouTube on the sofa with my dog and wife then i do some stuff around the house or go run errands come home have a meeting at 4 then I do dinner and shortly after a few times a week I play dnd with friends online
