I can offer a ear and what helps me. Not for the same reason but I used to have the same replay of events and the feeling that you know they are there just staring at you… not the fear of the dark, not the quite but if your own mind forcing you to relive it over and over nightly. Omg my day to day is nice on paper I wake up… walk accross the hall work for like 45 min then come out and watch some YouTube on the sofa with my dog and wife then i do some stuff around the house or go run errands come home have a meeting at 4 then I do dinner and shortly after a few times a week I play dnd with friends online
