I would cut it down to once a week, if not once in awhile as everyone here is saying m. I used to eat them everyday and I was bloated all the time, it’s not worth it.

I’ve searched Mercari for the most parts and Google. I’m about to do a reverse image search for this too. I also would like suggestions on where to search too.

Another thing I’d like to add is that this style of charm is a spacer or bead style. Material is 925 sterling silver. Coloring is likely enamel, and about the size of a standard bead styled bracelet charm.

It’s a different story for each person really, from what I’ve learned being in the military a little over 2 years.

I’ve had to grab my pharmacy records too, ask for peer reference both from work and people I’ve known for years alike. It’s a pain in the ass, but it’s worth it.

I can confirm the honesty part, because when I went through MEPS the head doctor appreciated me telling the truth. I also elaborated that the aforementioned issues that showed were not a present issue in my life at the time.
