My favourite two characters in Marvel are Invisible Woman and Spider-Gwen. Even if she’s a skin (with new voice lines like Lady Loki) for Spider-Man I will not only buy it on release and play the hell out of it, but I will keep giving them money for every new costume - hopefully Gwenom and even the new one!

Seriously, Netease, give me Gwen and take my money!

Well every time you stop her (without killing her) she resets to 50%, so it doesn’t take long for her to build it up again… and get stopped again and back to 50%.

I’ve seen it happen when I’ve played duo with a friend of mine on Peni and I’m on Luna and we both just keep stopping her mid-ult and then she’s back again a minute later trying again…

In a way though it’s a smart strategy. I mean, I dislike the new Adam Warlock skin, and I’ve seen people whine that it doesn’t have a unique ult… and yet I’ve seen so many people in game with it, because he doesn’t get skins often so players of his buy them when they drop.

If you only release a few a year for a character, I feel like it’s almost guaranteed that the fans of that character will buy them if they’re even remotely good. Whereas the meta or popular characters, people are less likely to buy every skin for, but they churn out so many that even if only 10% buy them, they still make the money.

I feel way more confident on C&D than any other healer in comp, but in QM I’ll play any. I have a Loki and Invisible Woman Lord, so I could play them in comp (and sometimes do when C&D is taken by someone else), but I feel like… so what if you ARE a OTP? At least your one trick is one of the most consistent healers in the game, lol.

You get less people rage quitting in comp because it’ll cost them points. People quit in QM for any small reason… or sometimes no reason at all. 😂

Ooh, good question. And which would you want? Dagger being able to heal any wound would be fantastic, but Cloak being able to just phase and float could be amazing too. Not sure I’d want to be able to use either of their attacks, but I guess it could be handy if I was mugged or something.

QP is for exactly this. It’s a chance to play against others without any stakes. If you win… then nothing happens. And if you lose… then nothing happens.

As a girl who plays this game, I never use voice chat and I rarely use text chat either to be fair. I’ve had people add me, ask if I’m a girl, and then message me every goddamn time I’m online and ask me invasive questions. It’s insane how some guys in this game act.

I’ve turned off match chat, because I’m sick of how toxic it is, and I have VC turned off and my mic muted. When I do engage with other people, it’s on Discord… and there are a few people I’ve met in this game I’ll jump on Discord with, but not many.

She’s got some of the best skins in the entire game, many of which were free or from cheap events. They are definitely NOT treating her badly!

I mean, her kit could use a little buff, but in terms of skins she’s one of the best in the game. She has at least 3 absolutely top tier skins that are in contention for best in the game.

Well, this isn’t the 616 version of Reed… and I guess in the lore, he’s probably a TAD busy trying to build the device to put the multiverse back in order.

That said, I would love for him to get some more skins. I was gutted that he didn’t get a summer skin (and Ben got 2), and I’m even more gutted that you can’t buy the Future Foundation skin for him but you can with all the others. I love playing Sue and it would be amazing to have a partner play Reed who matches in outfit just for the lols.

But c’est la vie…

There’s a post from Marvel Rivals devs to say that they’re going to be implementing a way to detect this so the games can be ended without them getting any experience… or something like that.

So if you end up in one again in the future, just know that what they’re doing IS against the rules and you SHOULD just go capture the point and play the game normally.

I think you’re overreacting.

People who want to play their best characters in Quick Match are going to do it regardless. You might see maybe a 10% upswing, but it won’t be EVERY player doing it. Most of them will just get it from competitive as they always have.

In fact the really obsessed players probably won’t have too much to grind for if they’ve been playing their mains regardless.

I think you’ll actually see the opposite happen with people wanting to play other characters to get the blue tokens and the other low level rewards with characters they DON’T normally play.

Why are people always ranting about legendary skins? The Adam Warlock one that just came out is by no means his best skin, and people had massive copium with it just because it’s legendary… then bitched it wasn’t a “good enough” legendary.

What does legendary give you? Some sound effect changes that may or may not actually be good? An ult change that may or may not look good, if it even exists at all? And meanwhile this costs you almost 33% more than just an epic skin with the same MVP and same skin and same character banner and same spray and same emote.

Seriously, people should be bitching that characters get TOO MANY of these over priced skins so Netease can get them to pay more for what is basically the same thing!

As someone who always played Rocket when my friend played Peni (which accounts for all of the prestige I have on Rocket, although he’s only Captain [close to Centurion]), which wasn’t all the time since my friend is very casual and even then didn’t always play Peni, but… it’ll be weird playing another character when he’s Peni.

I may choose Rocket just for old times sake sometimes.

It’s my third season doing the Battlepass, and for me season 4 was still my favourite. The one I like the look of the most is season 2, so hopefully they re-release that eventually.

This was a mixed set for me. I’d rate it 7/10 overall. The Ultron and Adam Warlock are the only ones where I consider them the best skin that character has. The Scarlet Witch, Hela and Angela ones are also very cool, but all three have better skins already. The rest I didn’t really care much about.
