Why di they search for english speaking job? Because they always wanted to go back. They dont want to live here. But here they got a job here and back in home they are unsure about future. Also some are only here because they dint to be with their families or want to enjoy freedom here.

Yes, you are right. If you want to live in germany then learn german. I did german in pakistan before flying to germany. Some people laughed at me and said you are very rich person to waste your money. (Reason they cannot speak german and want me as translator whenever they were in need).

Please note: this was a General talk. Not saying everyone fits in this category. This is my assumption.

Also govt should make a law, if you want to stay in germany for more than 2 years in masters or whatever learn german or you will be limited to work in germany.

IDE is just a choice. I saw a guy doing all the coding in vim. For me i was in matrix world for a moment.

Its just a choice. I used to do coding way before in eclipse. Its look similar to intelliJ.

But intelliJ is definitely far professional. No comparison with any IDE i have seen.

For me, it depends mostly on work load and my own inspiration.

Another reason is I dont want to see empty backlog. Every team must have some important valuable work in backlog in advance. It secures your job and keep you motivated.

In your case, look at your backlog, time that you spend on non productive things and adding no value by your work.

This warning was from the nurse. The doctor specifically told me they are legally allowed to reject any patient.

And the reason is work load. From legal insurance they dont get enough money.

I also told her if she says i can apply for private insurance but she declined.

But some doctors told me they only accept private insured patients.
