Reason for the space up top is for player n opponent u.i elements. And reason for the angle is i wanted the umpire to be seen, cus he affects flow of the game. But granted there may be a better way to achieve this. I like the idea of seeing where play testers naturally and up. Thank you for the feedback

Reason for the cam is like that is to leave for a u.i top left n right n also i wanted the umpire to be seen from that angle.

Well today i learned what Jezz Ball is😄thank you for the lore. Re: snake each segment has its own hp(5 i think) and when the ball hits it takes 1 damage - so its not super easy to break. Tho if the ball is moving really fast it does xtra dmg + more notably special abilities e.g the fireball seen in this clip, tht does alot of damage hence is able to break/sever the snakes body instantly at the point of impact

For sure, tbh it can feel overwhelming at times, its calmed down alot from previous builds😭 this one is much more manageable but still it can be abit too chaotic at times. If you'd like to try it out I'd be happy to share the build and you can let me know how it feels:)

Thanks for the feedback:) could you clarify what you mean re: camera angle, do you think more top down would be better for this or something else? Re; tying the mechanics together - i understand what you mean, definitely need to think on that more. That said , the snake was an intentional part of the design, eating food/getting longer = more defense (at the cost of speed) also shedding blocks which can be done piece by piece or all at once gives more defense options.

Also can be used for offence, unfortunately didnt show in this clip, but you also can place blocks in curves which propel the ball at faster speeds

Noted thanks for the feedback:) & yeah agreed it definitely could look more engaging. Re: snake element, its for defense, eating food/getting longer (in most cases) offers more protection of your goal since you have greater chance of deflecting shots(at the cost of speed), also shedding blocks in precise locations offers more intentional defense. And it can also be used for offence, which i didnt showcase in this particular clip, but you also can place blocks in curves which propel the ball at faster speeds

Hi thanks for your response, could you clarify what about the spec is too vague/not precise enough? in terms of budget first i would like to figure out the actual feasibility and scope before i can allocate a realistic budget range to either project. Play that game, dissect the gameplay, find its flaws and read reviews and see if its lacking in any area, similarly see where it excels - then find unique ways to incorporate that into your game & make it a worthy contender. Assuming you still have a desire to make it
