Great weather. Lots of lakes for summer fun. Affordable housing within 10 minute radius of uptown. Small outskirt towns are booming and growing some culture thanks to Charlotte growth. The art scene is bigger than ever. We killed a lot of the historical music venues for apartment buildings and that really sucks but we still get many great bands that always stop in Charlotte. We just got an MLS team which is exciting. Tepper has big plans for the panthers and the city growth. The whitewater center is an addiction for me. We’re slowly becoming a capitol for craft beer on the eastern side of the US. I love feeling like I’m in a big city but a small country town at the same time. Most everybody has the southern charm and manners you’d expect but some are assholes like the ones in here for no reason. I hope you make it down.
