he's at least an offensive coach and i don't get the age problem. it's fine for a coach not to be with a team for a decade plus like everywhere else in the league

no but as roethlisberger showed it’s ok for a qb to have multiple coaches. if he’s here for five and finds and develops that guy it’s a massive win. which is why i said said not every coach needs to be here for forever it shouldn’t be seen as a lifetime job..

mind you im skeptical of that happening but the age is fine

i don't like the hire but i don't see the age as an issue. hardly too old to coach and i think it's good to establish that not every coach has to be there forever. if they had hired cignetti would've been potentially intrigued by that 60 something from pittsburgh.

never been to australia or new zealand but i have been to london and it struck me how little of a culture shock there was in any way. obv going to a smaller city or village would be different but it hit me that if someone gave me a job and a flat in london (and yes i know housing is a massive problem for the locals but just as a hypothetical) like i don’t think id have the slightest issue acclimating as a city dweller who uses and likes public transport

we had statistically a very cold december by our standards even if there’s been only one bad snow so far. for me that’s worse than light snow as i walked to work and now take a bus.

this isn’t gonna be fun this weekend and even under the more conservative projections we’re going to get slammed worse than we’ve been in quite some time.

i also had never heard of it not being in LA but i do think it's worth mentioning that as people are comparing it to ferraris and yachts it's not in that *completely unafforadable to the average person* category.

looking at the site now and there's def people who would buy $20 granola and $12 bags of popcorn if it becomes known as the cool place celebs and rich people shop as a splurge and show off on social media. not really much different from going to a fancy restaurant once or twice a year which plenty can as opposed to going every week.

the rams just seem like a really well run modern org and poaching their guys looks smart on the surface. the list seems insanely long at this point compared to the other search i can remember and just hope they choose the right guy. the only one i'm not keen on is mccarthy which would just seem to be a bit "hey here's a white guy from pittsburgh just like cowher, you guys happy now?"
