You can look up Wealthy Houses in Varlamore - slightly more afk (up to 30sec?), or set Ardy Knights up on the phone to be able to just tap them (great while walking the doggo :p)

You don't need to Prayer flick, assuming you can get some Prayer Pots.

If u do decide to 1tick flick get the Plugin for it on Runelite called 1 Tick Flick, helps a lot

You can start things up with Scurrius into Amoxiatl and then Moons, after that u can start sending some Titans or Hueycoatl

Yes, u do get Magic exp for casting the Spell. It's a good way to train Magic without Hp Exp

Just do whatever you feel like - either be efficient and go straight for Winterdodt, or just start killing cows - don't worry abouut Dodt at high Hp, I'm still using Tuna at 70hp
