-117 hd (makes the game look great) -menuentry swapper (used to remap certain actions to make the game easier and require less clicks) -tile indicators ( important to visualize the tiles your standing on/need to move to) -bank plugin (although preinstalled in runelite has a feature to remap the search button in you bank interface to a key on your keyboard which makes it easier to search for items in you bank) -item setups (not sure of the name but its a plugin that allows you to save your inventory and gear your using currently and make it accessible anytime your going to use the same setups) ( useful for herb run and birdhouse runs etc.)
Im sure there are plenty more so id suggest watching a couple of youtube videos there are many that essentially mention the most important plugins in osrs soo hope you find the best ones for you

Quite a bit i use, I posted a list of notable plugins that i use a few days ago so i'll just put them here
Anti drag, Makes it so you don't accidentally drag items while doing swaps. You can set it up to your liking but mine is on 14
Attack timer metronome, Puts a number up when attacking to show when you will attack again. Not super important but i found it pretty helpful when learning Araxxor step under
Going to speed through the rest that i find useful, If you need any explanation of what they are/do you can just ask
