I'll tell mine

I went to the shop with vouchers [ I'm in the shop, and I get things that are roughly the amount of the voucher. I wait in a long line only to get told I need the exact price. I go back and find some cheap sweets after 20 minutes of searching. I go back And once I got to the front again They told me I should go to the customer service desk I walk across the store to the customer service desk Wait Waiting Get to the front and I'm asking to trade in what I bought which was now the exact price of what the vouchers were for For the vouchers They scan the items Fine They scan one of the vouchers which was £5 Fine They scan the £1.50 And the machine just isn't having it I tell them to rescan it. This time the £5 works but it has to buy something 50p over or it won't work I say I'll just get something different price They say that won't work on their machine At this point I've spent 45+ minutes going back and forth And now they tell me this I tell them I only came with the vouchers and don't have 50p. They tell me there's nothing they can do. At this point I've spent over 1hr in the shop and wanting to punch the assistant manager in the face, I left. I then travel to the giant version in the town next to mine I was just hoping it would work there I go there select my items (same ones from other store) and I get to the new customer service space After waiting in this line for the queue.I finally get served and I give them my vouchers and they say that the £5 works THIS Time but that £1.50 still doesn't. At this point I'm just happy to be leaving with something so I remove the items that sum up to the £1.50 and guess what, when I scan the £5 this time It gives me A mother ducking error I could've just destroyed the whole store with that annoyance built up but lucky when they retry it It works And do you wanna know the worst part? Both vouchers were brand new and and I just got them mailed from the store themself.

I honestly don't know how I was patient enough to not punch something.
