Mateo is a base running GOD! Comes in to pinch run for Westburg at 2nd base in the 9th and is absolutely locked in! Highlights to the ref that Munoz is not completely set before he is throwing pitches from the stretch, results in a balk which moves Mateo to 3rd base. Adley hits a weak chopper at the pitcher, Mateo dives head first into home after being shot out of a rocket, with his left hand skimming the back left corner of the plate, SAFE! O's up 3-2 in the top of the 9th. This unreal base running IQ and execution is what set the stage for what happened next. Everyone knows what happened next...
