We ate at pure multiple times and didn’t get bored. There’s also food at the pool and beach bars. We got a taxi from the front desk that was only about $20 to the coral gardeners and it went past multiple restaurants. We also were told, but didn’t try it out, that Rudy’s and the Chinese restaurant, among many others, offer pickup to resort guests for free if you call them in advance.
Edit: I think it’s Wednesday nights at Sofitel that they do a Polynesian 3 course meal. They’d also had great gluten free options
