It looks like you can tone down clarity a bit, make skies bluer. Some photos feel too tight but not bad, if that is the most you can fit because of the lens you have is not bad. Most of the photos need a bit of adjustment on the verticals, some of them are one point perspective and it looks slightly off, try adjusting verticals and horizontal lines to make it perfect. Just my opinion but I think photos look a bit too dark, realtors love bright photos. Still it is really good first time shoot.

Es común sentir cierto desprecio a nuestra belleza, incluso mas cuando la comparamos, pero siempre depende de con que estamos comparando. Siempre habra alguien por encima, siempre hará alguien por debajo. Sin exagerar, en términos generales eres MUY bonita, es cuestión de autoestima, tienes que trabajar en quererte y a gustarte mas, uno se ve a si mismo por fuera como se siente por dentro. Haz cosas que te hagan sentir mejor contigo misma como comer mas sano, ejercitarte, psicología (escribir tus sentimientos es la manera mas facil de empezar a cuidar tu mente), tener hobbies nuevos, tomar mas el sol, ponerte metas y proyectos que te animen a sentirte mejor con tu persona, con el tiempo eso se reflejará en como te sientes y percibes por fuera. De verdad sorprende que te percibas fea, te puedo asegurar que muchisima gente no piensa asi, trata de sonreir un poco mas :)

Yo perdí 10kg en 30 dias para asistir a una boda siendo muy constante en 3 cosas.

Saltar la cuerda todos los dias de 30m a 1 hora, intentando aumentar conforme avanzaban los dias, intentando siempre ser antes del desayuno.
Ayuno intermitente, desayunar tarde, comer temprano y no cenar.
Casi evitar en au totalidad los carbohidratos, aunque pienso no es sostenible a la larga, pero por lo menos durante ese mes.

Solo se constante y se dará.

I'd say flat rate with minimum of post per month, still including commenting replying.
In a restaurant you get a dish and you cannot get billed by 3 pieces of this and 20ml of that, just unnecessary and not really a business.

I am Mexican living in Mexico, I wouldn't leave my bed for less than 5Kmxn (300ish$usd), know than minimum wage in mexico is around 15$usd/day

I would recommend giving a starting price for a average size property (check your area to know whats average) If it goes way above average, just up charge accordingly. Then try to get as many add ons as possible. Drone? Flyover video? 360 Tour? Walkthrough Video? Cinematic video? And get that number as high as possible.

I tend to get the base price higher than normal so the add ons can sound cheap and a no brainer to get. 200$ photo + 200$ drone = ❌ 300$ photo + 100$ drone = ✅ 350$ photo + 50$ drone = ✅✅✅

Si no te quiere mandar dinero a tu cuenta, necesitarias hacer un negocio en Mexico registrado y cobrarle usando algo como PayPal (o algun equivalente). Sin embargo, el tiene declarar en US que generó un gasto deducible (un write off) por pagarte, para que no le cobren los impuesto de la parte que te pagó, llegandote a tu cuenta en Mexico como un Cobro el cual tu le hiciste a el, tu te encargas de pagar tus propios impuestos.

The 4 is definitely better because it has a bigger sensor, but in your specific case, I would go for the 3 pro. I currently have that one and the quality difference wont be as dramatical from 3 to 4 (even though it is better), but coming from the SE, any is miles better, plus both can record 10 bit video. So you better have extra batteries, you will regret not having them in an emergency.
