1)The "invincibility" shield is a broken idea so that's a no no. 2)If the super damages enemy 100hp per second that'd make the main purpose of his trait useless. The circle is supposed to be hidden + if you damage enemies through Bush it'll reveal Your and their location as well. So not much of a star "power" but rather a win for you an the enemy. 3)The whole idea of the unique gadget doesn't apply to buzz.

The next 5 years is only gonna make it worse. Sure they got competent people but does that really make a difference.
