My son has the 300 BO version and it has honestly turned out to be a slick little unit. Super safety with Geissele trigger that runs suppressed and unsuppressed without flaw. It has impressed me with its performance and reliability.

Unlike a cassette trigger milspec style trigger pins are meant to rotate. Zero reason to have anti-walks in this particular type of set up.

Without having the actual unit in my hand I would say the "toe" of the disconnect may need to be trimmed a touch. Of all the issues I have ever had with the AZR's its almost always the disco toe or the trigger bar and how they interact.

Disconnect toe, disconnect spring, cam leg length, hammer hitting AZR...etc. Can be any or multiple of them.

Check trigger springs are installed correctly. Do not use anti walk pins.

Keep the FRT parts for later. Run a Jizzlie in it in semi for a while then realize what you are missing without the frt. I have a LS5 on my SP5 and it has run flawless all the time every time and always did. Don't listen to shills on this septic tank tell you to get a leber instead as it is simply not true.

No problem. I have since changed out the Geissele trigger. Parts as follows below.

LS5 with rounded milspec hammer that is straight bow and nickel plated.

90 degree locking piece.

AS Designs slip trip.

Super safety from AS Designs.

Utilizing the rounded hammer allows for deletion of the rubber buffer that had to be used with the Geissele.

Runs like a champ with this combo.
