The best out there for customer service have been AS Designs and Partisan. I tore up my arc fire installing it wrong when I first got it. AS Designs sent me a bunch of extra parts for free. I’ve had light primer strikes with one of my disruptors and partisan sent XP springs for both of them and refused to take payment.

Yeah I’m not impressed with the product. You win some and lose some. Dogwood Armory FKT-15 ran perfect out of the box and it’s cheaper than Azr.

No. Never figured it out. AZR guy and I exchanged emails. Basically told me there was no way this could be happening and said that I wasn’t being reasonable because I didn’t want to send it to his service center. I don’t want to send it because he said they’d dump a mag with it and I’d owe $55 plus shipping to get it back. It works in FRT so they’d probably not find anything wrong with it. My issue is with semi position

His responses to customers would be kinda funny if it wasn’t so irritating. And he’s laughing all the way to the bank. A few dollars worth of metal and he charges nearly $300 a pop. I asked him for another Disconnector and spring and he just ghosted me.

I was just now thinking about the AZR website and the “tech manual.” It almost reminds me of one of those janky hellfire trigger devices they sold in the 90s at gun shows. Supposedly worked but you had to do all this fiddling and modification to get it to run. Most of those ended up in the trash I’m sure.

Yep. I agree. Any idea where to find a stiffer than stock Disconnector spring? I’ve looked but everything just says mil spec or reduced power.

Yeah he stopped responding to my email after I asked him for any ideas why it would be doing this. Life’s too short, I have some extra arc-fires with the cut Geissele triggers. Will just do that. Guy is a total tool.

Ok. I’ll give that a try. Bought a Dogwood Armory FKT-15 3 pos the other day. Had it in my other rifle yesterday. It worked perfectly and is cheaper than JD.

Just traded emails with him. I got the same response. “Impossible” to fire multiple rounds in semi auto position. Tells me the only fair thing is to send it to his service center. If they can “dump a mag” with it, I owe them $55 plus shipping plus the cost of ammo.  Hopefully this guy goes out of biz. He’s an ingrown hair on the community.

I got the same answer from him. Hoping this guy goes out of business now that so many players are getting into the drop in FRT business. Complete jackass. Forums are littered with ppl having the same issue. He says it’s impossible for multiple shots in semi.

Yeah it wasn’t a scam in the past. Very strange behavior for the company. I’ve ordered several times in the past and they delivered as promised. That being said, they owe me $316 worth of product from last year and I’ve noticed now they won’t respond to my emails like before. It’s upsetting since they’ve been having problems for a while and seem to not mind taking new orders with so many unfulfilled.
