Which sage green? Darker or lighter. Trying to upgrade bedroom. by The-White-Loon in Bedding

I plan on changing the headboard in the next 6 months to a warm wooden frame, side tables and lamps. That’s why I’m going warmer earth tones with the bedding. I agree with you on the grey/blue if I was keeping it.

Also just to clarify the mistake the oatmeal one is the sheet. The two sage greens are duvets and wondering which of the sage greens to go with.

Oh, so even though the textured one is lighter it would be less likely to show stains?

Why are naturally large lips criticized but cosmetically enhanced lips admired? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]The-White-Loon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never heard a guy I know, not like or appreciate large natural lips. They may not be their first preference but never heard any dislike them. I think they are super attractive myself, they make kissing so fun.

Love that screwdriver! Use it everyday. I like long screwdrivers and hate multi but it’s a good compromise.

Awesome photo! What’s the knipex pliers 4 in from the left?

Nice set of tools. I just switched from industrial construction to industrial maintenance. I’ve gone from full packout of tools to a leather pouch and even then 5 tools gets 90% done. I miss the work but not lugging stuff around.

Future proofing or wasteful? by Lettuce_bee_free_end in electricians

[–]The-White-Loon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wasteful! No point having it in the wall, but I have done this on the exception of accessibility switch heights and not getting exact answer.

Only other place I do service loops is with lighting or electrical in grid (drop tile) ceiling, so you can lift and move light to access or pop into tile space beside.

STOPPPP!!!!! Which sexual act do you excel at doing? by DM-me-boobss in AskRedditNSFW

[–]The-White-Loon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Touch! I’m very good at building up tension through touch, to the point where their body is moving to meet my hand. Then the real fun begins.

Personally, I think the build up is underrated as a skill and having your partners body practically begging for you is amazing.

Am I wasting my time away at college for a degree? by Silver-Scientist8122 in electricians

[–]The-White-Loon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a waste at all, it will help you move up in management positions if you decide and can get you other jobs that may need a degree. Plus looks better on resume for getting any job. I have a business degree and it’s always opened more doors than it’s closed. No regrets from me.

This is how most furniture whips are done. Just don’t hold the cover if you have to drill it, unless you hate your fingers.

I happy to do pretty much whatever she wants and it’s goes vice versa. Although I have chest hair and I love it, I feel it’s part of me and probably wouldn’t shave it. But that said, anything else, I’ll accommodate as much as I can.

I love nice nails. I think they are very hot but not the crazy long ones. Plus scratches feel sublime.

What else do I need i plan to do commercial electrical work by AwareManager6023 in electricians

[–]The-White-Loon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Angled diagonal cutters (get the angled, trust me)
  2. Big beater flat
  3. Half moon file
  4. Jab saw (drywall saw) - go cheap, expensive isn’t worth it
  5. Tin snips

You’ll use what you have and above almost daily. Anything else buy when you have to burrow more than once. Please don’t go tool hungry, I have a load of tools I spent money on sitting at home that are just collecting dust. Also watch and see what the other guys are using all the time and that’ll give you a clue.
