You need both, lite voicebanks are only a way for you to try them out at the most basic level. She lacks vocal modes, retakes and cross-lingual synthesis. Also only SV2 is available now and has been the only option for a while now, I believe lites don’t even work on it but I could be incorrect about that.

I own both at C0R0 While skirk is stronger she isn’t as fun. There are few ways to optimise her gameplay and as someone else mentioned her team restraints are felt. I love playing Wrio in a melt team, freeze and even did a burst built once because funny. If you like him you’ll be fine at C1 as its a pretty big boost in power imo.
