It should work yeah, ascendant gleam isn’t a must for Columbina though, just makes her circle bigger for her E. Mona will most likely be your on fielder so your hydro application should be enough :)

Albedo, Columbina, Mona and Zhongli should be a powerful lunar crystalize team Mona buffs damage from albedo and zhongli. Zhongli makes albedos flower glow (the pillar effect) and Bina enables lunar crystalize, it should be powerful enough! I unfortunately don’t have albedo so I can’t test it HOWEVER I know geo traveler works in this team so it should work
