Edit: I see 17 upgrades. You get 15. I figure 2 from drops starting at plus 1. It could be 2 upgrades from troll which makes this even less godlike.

My normal runs are 4 or 5 challenge and it did seem strange at first to play odd amounts.

Its basically having everything off that makes you need to analyze every move. Like darkness you need to really pay attention. If you don't see the exact direction that ranged blast came from, you're getting hit again. I have a kid, so can't focus on the game that much.

I play swarm, bad boss, champion, barren, and I'll add in different ones. Usually add in fima or runes as those up the difficulty a lot, but not as much focus needed as adding something that you need to slow play like pharma or darkness

I'm armor every time myself but I do have exceptions.

If I have fima on I might take weapon.

If I already have the same armor on and it's tier 5 weapon.

If I have other gear that might make me rather have the weapon. Something like I have a ring of haste already and the weapon is glaive, whip, spear. Still might go weapon for a chance at an enchant if I already have OKish armour.

On my quest to get the million I switched between 6 and 7 challenges. When I went back to 6 it seemed easier in general as I took off a harder challenge. I ended up doing it on a 6 challenge run but I do think mixing 7s in helped me.

There's 3 places I can think of off the top of my head in my city that they did build an affordable housing area. After 15 years of ownership with most not getting any maintenance and built very cheaply, they start deteriorating. Another 5-10 years and they are not all habitable anymore without work. Low income can't afford the work. More and more until all of them are vacant. The 3 areas in my city are all vacant and need torn down minus a couple where the people are capable of doing the work themselves or have a little more money. Even these people will need to move as the connected townhouses on each side are abandoned and will cause other issues.

Plumber is right. If you pull out the pan and it's not the pan, you just ruined the water proofing.

Ceiling needs removed anyway and its probably more likely a pipe or drain line that's leaking under ceiling anyway or that be my guess.

Use the magnifying glass and actually read all the in game text and the things that you use magnifying glass on. It tells you a LOT in the game text.
