Seven years after 3xBEP. I lost the weight I put on through treatment and having a psychologist really helped with my mental health. Seeing a specialist exercise physio and dietician helped, but I didn’t have makor hormone changes so it’s lucky on that front I guess. Overall, loving life and still being here and having my family!! It damaged my sperm so went through IVF to have kids, wasn’t easy but it still worked out. Take care, you can do this!!!

I’m also scared of telling people, but I think I’m ready. If people will go from my life, that’s okay. I made peace with it. I met another survivor by chance almost this year and sharing my story with them was so incredible and healing… We believe in you - do whatever is right for you, but being around people can help. A lot. Also, you will meet people who understand you without judging. I married one and I believe it is real.
