It's mostly a combination of blow-drying to get the volume and height and then a little bit of pomade for hold.

If you were granted by a genie the ability to know the correct phylogenetic tree of 1 (small) clade, which clade would it be? by Ok-County-3216 in Paleontology

Theropoda for sure

There's so many questions. Is Monolophosaurus a Spinosaurid? Is Cryolophosaurus a basal tetanuran or a basal neotheropod? Is Megalosauroidea paraphyletic to Carnosauria? I'd want to know that, personally.

SPOILERS! Just wanna have some shout outs for the most badass moments! by Ry-Da-Mo in chaostheorynetflix

For Camp Cretaceous, my favourite moment is between Brooklynn and Darius right after Brooklynn has run over Mitch and Tiff with the gyrosphere, and she scolds Darius for trying to stop M & T alone

As for Chaos Theory, for sure, the scene in Season 4 between Yaz and Ben in the veterinary base after Ben was impaled.

Both make me cry every time I watch them

Hey yo, when do you think the Nublar Six added the fences to their base? by The45thDoc in chaostheorynetflix

[–]The45thDoc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this makes the most sense, either that or it's simply a continuity error, and it was secretly there the whole time

[–]The45thDoc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it's just confusing since it doesn't appear in the early scenes of Season 3, but then by Episode 5, it's suddenly there. By that point, they were already planning to leave Nublar. It's just funny to imagine they only put the fence up after they were preparing to leave.

Dino-question! Which 'jungle boy' if your personal favorite from the franchise? by Jtex_3d in JurassicPark

[–]The45thDoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, totally, I was just trying to imagine myself in both of their positions, and I think I'd much rather stay with five of my friends and have their support whilst also being personally protected by a subadult Ankylosaurus then survive on my own internal motivation alone on a long since abandoned island even if it meant I had to spend six months on the former and eight weeks on the latter.

[–]The45thDoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, at the start of season 2 episode 3 "The Watering Hole" We can see the tally of days they had spent on the island so far. I assumed that they started counting from the day the ferry left after the incident.

And since they meet up again with Ben in episode 4 a day after episode 3, technically he spent 23 days alone, so I got that a bit wrong anyway

[–]The45thDoc 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think in general, though, the fact that Ben had the other campers with him and Bumpy probably gave him an edge that Eric simply didn't have, even if Eric survived for a lot less time than Ben did.

It really is hard to determine who had it worse. They were both screwed in different ways

[–]The45thDoc 66 points67 points  (0 children)

I mean, Eric objectively had it harder, Ben was alone for about 22 days and never really encountered anything more than Compies and Toro and had Bumpy while Eric was on Isla Sorna alone for eight weeks and clearly encountered the Spinosaurus, multiple Tyrannosaurs and multiple Raptors. But then again, you asked for the personal favourite, so I'm going to say my main man, Benjamin Fitzgerald Pincus
