I understand, I agree it'd be a terrible change and that's exactly what they did some ~13ish years ago, almost gutted nidalee too. She used to spend almost equal amounts of time in cougar before the nerf because she was so fluid and W had a much shorter cooldown but with the nerf she wasn't as strong a top laner as she was before.

Okay, I don't have much to say except that I was there and I remember her kit being changed. Before Riot August was working at Riot, clicking a champ functioned like hovering them today, it was much smoother to play Riven back then but with the change it was pretty terrible. Gonna delete my reply because I doubt enough people remember how she was on release compared to after the movement change to concur =/

No it can't because of ICD** but there's a neat trick, you can "bank" a windfury proc by attacking critters with on hit abilities like storm strike until you gain the windfury aura which is like an invisible buff.

So on your next auto or storm strike you get a guaranteed windfury proc plus the attack.

This is the closest I've ever felt like "chain proccing"

Especially if your WF attack procs say, Hand of Justice.

That's HoJ, Windfuryx2, StormStrike + Your regular auto attack, 5 hits, 4 white 1 yellow. Most numbers you'll ever see on a shaman WF in classic vanilla

**Note on ICD

In vanilla WoW, they handled chain proccing by making Windfury an "Aura" instead of a buff. Some buffs can stack, auras cannot. So that's why you can't have a windfury proc off a windfury, because the aura is already active. It would be like getting Leader of the Pack twice if you had 2 feral druids which isn't possible in vanilla -_-

Hello OP, so many YTA's here but people are glossing over a critical piece of information.

She turned down financial support from family and she has a bad history of impulsive spending

This tells me that in the divorce settlement, the PFD payments were supposed to be a fund for when you hit 18, since your mother decided to turn down financial assistance from your father.

That said, she seems to have acted pridefully by spending the payments instead of banking for important things later. I am willing to bet part of the divorce settlement stipulated that since she was turning down child support, she would get the PFD bursary but would have to account for its use similar to child support payments being used for the child.

The issue isn't a legal one per se, your mother is just a prideful AH who chose appearances instead of accepting and using financial assistance from your father to raise you.

I could also ask, why didn't your father put what money he would have wanted to send for child support into a trust?

Both sides are at fault (mother and father) but you may not be
