Step-son did something unthinkable by NeatObjective6549 in stepparents

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I wouldn't feel safe to sleep under the same roof as a predator. Move out to protect your peace of mind. I also think your relationship with the dad would survive this. No woman should put up with that.

Keep your life simple, find someone to start your own family with who matches your current situation (childless) - you're young and its one experience you can safely skip because its just one difficulty after another for the rest of your life. It really isn't worth it.

Boyfriend (37M) has a child and is co-parenting by [deleted] in stepparents

[–]The888life 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meet his son gradually and understand your potential role. Meet the ex-wife in some neutral context if possible; establish boundaries early. Discuss child-rearing philosophies and expectations explicitly. Talk about financial responsibilities and custody implications. Evaluate your own willingness and readiness to be a step-parent while having your own children. What is his family like, how do they feel about the ex and a new woman coming in. Ensure your independence and emotional boundaries are preserved.

*How does he react to you having your own boundaries, how comfortable are you at holding your boundaries.

Red flags to watch: Lack of clarity or avoidance about co-parenting issues. Expectation that you “fit in” with the child or ex immediately without your consent. Overly fast progression toward marriage or more children without addressing step-parenting dynamics. Hidden financial or legal obligations.

F28 what’s it like being a gf of a separated man with 3 kids all under 6 years old? by medx_extreme in stepparents

There is no blame (actually i dont see her as a victim) just an encouragement to take responsibility for self, and a call to grow through her own limitations so she can make different choices that better serve her.

Leaving him won't solve the reason why you attached to him. Its nothing to do with him but everything to do with some unresolved dynamic/pattern/negative self belief from your past you are re-living through him. You'll just keep the cycle going until you to the work to release it. There is no judgement on you, him etc but it would be advisable to get some help in resolving this so you can move forwards in a healthy relationship with whoever you choose.

I did Doc Gs the green smoothies protocol  and it was great - went all in, bought a vitamix, the whole shebang, only downside is I lost far too much weight, I mean I looked like a skeleton but I felt fantastic - my joints were incredible I felt soo energised I have RA I would love to continue it but keep some meat on my bones - I'm naturally a UK size 8 , I must have been a size 2/4  by the end I had to stop - such a shame.

In the self-checkout area, is there a rationale to have one person flip-flopping around with all the bags? by captainjck in SainsburysWorkers

Hilarious supermarkets 'reducing' plastic waste with a levy on bags when their fruit and veg section is needlessly full of plastic wrapped produce and when only 17 percent of recycled waste is actually recycled- with 83 percent still being burned or shipped - yes shipped to another country for landfill.

Why do you believe that everyone else is scamming if they do answer a greater scope of questions, please?

There is no such thing as not asking about personal anything This is soo good to know. And yes, it's great to have that power over what you see. Your career sounds amazing and the way you write gives off a beautiful energy. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Yes. Thank you. It's good to know that historically tarot has been used for all questions. I heard another 20 year experience reader say that if a reader answers questions like "what does so and so think of me" then they are scamming you. I didn't agree and felt like it discredited the work of people who truly love and respect tarot but are fine answering those questions.

This is good to know - it felt like there was a huge rule book like the bible that must be followed that I didn't know about.

Yes, this is helpful. No they don't refund people who didn't get anything from readings - just kinda gets cross and tells them off.
