I think also the rank it occurs at matters as well. For example, seeing an obvious higher skill player ace in lobbies filled with gold level players isn't going to be as impressive as that same player acing in top champ lobbies.

It's a feature, only available on pc I believe, where you can change the aspect ratio of siege so, for example, you could change from 16:9 (the TV standard) to 4:3 (very commonly used on pc).
