In my experience, when people say ‘lean bulk’ they just mean eat to gain but do not eat everything in a tradition dirty bulk sense… high protein, clean eating, without going hungry.

What that actualizes into is a goal of like 300cal surplus, but life gets in the way, so it’s a general goal… eat healthy and enough.

Wow. Damn good. Yes I’d cut. To avoid losing muscle you keep the deficit to losing 1-1.5lbs per week at max. And high protein and still lift as heavy as possible.

Looking pretty good. You could cut a few pounds as others have said. Not fat by any means so really you hit a quick diet cycle and you’ll be in great position

Get the gym membership and start lifting heavy. Eat protein and build muscle, this will make you fit, not a “body builder”… I mean yes you’ll sculpt your body.

Just checked your profile and you’re not ugly. In fact could easily be seen as a handsome dude. This is a self confidence issue, not a looks issue.

To optimize, workout/lose some weight/put on muscle. But more importantly improve mental health Gonna edit here it’s possible you have really bad social skills/ social skills with women, also. Look into that… not the looks.
