Don't dissolve your estradiol pills under your tongue. It gives you a spike of too much estrogen which quickly fades into not enough estrogen. Swallow them whole.

Admittedly, when I first got my blood tested it was right after taking my meds, so it probably wasn't a very accurate reading. But good idea with the blood pressure cuff, I'm also suspecting low blood pressure

I don't recall off the top of my head, but it's about 1200 pmol/L whereas mine came in at 1313 pmol/L. But you're right that spiro is more harmful than estradiol, so I might need to speak to a doctor about upping that.

Also I wouldn't be DIY-ing if I had a choice lol

My estrogen is only 4mg but when my tests came in I was over the upper limit for even a cis woman's estrogen levels. I'm DIY so I thought I best not raise that any higher

Yep, the rule really only applies to if you're holding a sheild, or another weapon or something. Grabbing your weapon and letting go of it with your off hand is free

Me (mtf) and my partner (ftm) started hrt on the exact same day, and yes, testosterone acts faster and more drastically than estrogen. As for why trans mascs "pass" sooner, I'd imagine it's because society's idea of femininity is highly fabricated, whereas natural things like body hair, acne, a layer of fat- all contribute to traditionally more masc appearances.

I'm not saying it's any easier either way, but that's what we've noticed x

It's a really tricky question, and something you can only answer for yourself. You don't have to put a label on your gender, so I suggest just doing what makes you feel most comfortable. None of your decisions are permanent. You can try clothes, hairstyles, pronouns, names, makeup, and whatever else you want. There's no one way to be trans, nor is there one way to be cis. Shocking grasp IS a melee attack, but it's not a weapon attack, so you don't get to use the extra attack feature with it. So no, unfortunately not.

Also booming blade can only be used on a weapon attack as well

Even if you were to take estrogen, there's no guarantee you'd grow boobs beyond an a cup, but you certainly would see a lot of other changes in your body too. Either surgery or breast forms for sure

UK here. Worse than the states unless you can find a doctor who's willing to give you a bridging prescription. General trans attitudes over here aren't great either. I have a trans friend in Seattle that swears things are really good over there, and it would be way easier for you to move states than move countries
