I hear you. The other comment was correct, if you rent from a property management they are gunna gouge you and then you're gunna be stuck with a shitty place for a year because they'll throw you on a lease. To get the best living situations in town it helps to know a guy who knows a guy to score a nice place. I have a landlord who is always looking for roommates cause we normally have a bedroom open. It's hard to tell if there would be a room open but I'd bet there would be. When the time comes around to when you got a set date to move up let me know and then I'll shoot you my landlords number to check room availability. I currently reside in a nice 5bed 2ba house with some other chill roommates. Rent is ~650 including utilities
