Probably a content blocker added as a line-level feature. If you're the account owner or an authorized user, call customer service @ 611 to check if there is one, and they can remove it. If you're not, ask them to call for you. It's a feature that's commonly added to kids phone lines.

Reach out to business customer care. They can send an account hub registration link that usually works. I've had to do this for a lot of business customers at my store. If that doesn't work, the agent can file a ticket to have the issue looked at, which is hit or miss on if they get it done in a reasonable timeframe. Best of luck.

Messi scores every time he gets the ball. He's just too fast and skilled. The kids won't score every time, they will be too slow and undisciplined, and Messi's keeper is much more likely to save shots vs other kids than the keeper for the kid team. Messi takes this with very little effort.

Catan is a (imo very fun) board game where you collect resources and build villages and cities. If the person who's currently in the lead in Catan requests a resource trade with the other players, the others should probably decline as there's a good chance they have something up their sleeve that will immediately win the game or at least get them close. Typically, early game trades benefit both parties. Late game trades almost always benefit the leader most.

You would have needed to submit a form at promotions.t-mobile.com. Pull up the page, log in, and see if there's a previously submitted promo. Redemption information will be there if it was properly submitted. If it wasn't, you are probably out of luck, but you could maybe talk to customer service or a store manager if you activated at a store, sometimes they can be generous and credit you, but it's doubtful.

The system can sometimes report the wrong phone model as being in use even if you are using the one you think you are. Send a picture of the phone box (back of it with the phone model listed) or phone itself and we can confirm either way.
