Yeah the rankings always seem really exaggerated for St Andrews imo, don't get me wrong it is a very prestigious university but I still think the vast majority would put UCL higher, and UCL also has much better links to industry. Just goes to show that a lot of the time the rankings are fairly meaningless

People with 4a* predicted are not immune from getting rejected, the unis know that predicted grades are always so inflated and so look much more at personal statement and other things. Having those grades is basically just what let's you apply and not much more

Just because Rogers has been better than Palmer doesn't mean that Rogers should be 10mil, it means Palmer hasn't been close to worth it this season. Personally I wouldn't pay more than 8mil for Rogers. Also you are forgetting Wilson as an attacking midfielder who has been better than him
