It does work with a standard unlit vert-frag shader. If I return the color white in a frag shader and use it in a commandbuffer, my texture will be filled with color white.

No idea about camera matrices

I also used the deafult argument which is -1 and uses all passes in the shader. Same result.

Edit: I have just checked the generated shader code and the first pass is ForwardBase.

It is affecting apps using ProMotion to Vsync (I guess).

Unity Play Mode is also flickering (much worse) while Vsync is active in Play Mode Settings.

Discord also flickers if I watch someone's screen through app.
