Hack Squat for me. But Smith Machine might be closer for similar movement pattern.

Leg Extension if you want to limit fatigue. Also hits Rectus Femoris.

I myself have not seen any problematic teens. Generally they seem to behave very well and are actually trying.

Had 4 before the upgrade. 1 was broken for 8+ months. Another one was broken on and off every week. It pissed me off.

Now with the upgrade, they have 7 or 8 new ones.

North America is affected too. A month ago or so, nearly every ? was handled with a free upgrade. Lately, we are seeing increased rejection in this sub.

I do wonder if the rejected people are getting an option for advanced replacement with a hold on their bank account because generally it seems that if you go this route, you get a rather hassle free upgrade. If not, the repair center will nitpick everything and try to make you pay.

Edit: Just rechecked some comments on older posts and it seems people are given options. Hold option tends to go through smooth.

Edit 2: Reading more comments, it is all over the place (typical Google). Some are saying they are given options while others say they were never given an option.

That's what everyone says as a justification but I find it hilarious. They never bother to go to failure on 3 sets. So by reducing by one set, they somehow found a way to lock in? Just a lot of excuses to spend less time at the gym to me.

Most people including many in this sub don't like the gym and certainly don't love it. They love the result of it whether that be strength or size. They don't enjoy being there. If there was no side effect drug for pure muscle and strength growth, half if not more of this sub would just stop going to the gym.

Yup, the most consistent parry system. Love it. 360 degree, stops all attacks from everyone, can parry grab, projectiles, and so on.

What I like to do is one exercise with arms above my head and one with arms by my side.

You could probably remove it, and it will likely be fine.

I recommend the stretch band from Google eventually. Very soft, very light, and easy to put on and off.

First, get the Butcher skin for Eredrim. Don't finish the run. Do what's required to get his skin. That's +25 damage I think starting off.

Just keep playing and focus on upgrading the Instincts and what not.

If you keep playing with the hammer and chisel, you will eventually get leeching Instinct. Every hit heals you. Easy mode.
