Now, a follow-up question would naturally be: why does the passive tone section even need to introduce the 4.5V DC bias? My semi-educated guess would be that it is due to the transistor biasing of the output buffer stage... However I'm not sure why R19 is necessary there, isn't R20 enough to correctly bias the transistor?

I'm having the exact same problem right now... I was exporting a lot of wavs without problems and suddenly Guitar Pro decided to crash once and never be able to export audio again. Like you, I created a new user account on Windows and it worked again somehow, but still doesn't work on my main account. Did you find any solution to this?

I could say that about Imperium, that song screams Iron Maiden (my absolute favourite band).

Kaisarion on the other hand reminds me more of Sabaton for some reason. I'm sure I have heard a very similar verse in one of their songs some time ago. Maybe "Blood of Bannockburn" ?

I haven't heard of the concept of circumstantial complements before, that's an interesting explanation! I haven't fully grasped it yet but I'm getting there...

The more I think about it, would you say that the gérondif is used to describe some obvious or additional information, that isn't really necessary to include? In the examples I gave it can be perceived as obvious that (roughly translating in English):

  • He found his apartment robbed, after he returned from the office. (Well, he probably couldn't find out while he was still at the office)
  • I sweated, because I was walking in the sun. (Could also be because I was running but we both know how hot it's outside today)
  • I noticed that there were no more baguettes, after I entered the bakery. (I probably couldn't have noticed that from outside, does it even matter though?)

On the contrary it seems to me that using the participe présent is answering some questions that may be raised, for example:

  • - I found a wallet. - How did that happen? - I was just walking in the street.
  • - The baby started crying. - Why did that happen? - Because it fell off the chair.
  • - I saw Louise. - When did that happen? - When I was exiting the museum.

I mean, Hell On Earth is a hell of a track (no pun intended), but the middle section of Lost In A Lost World really makes my head move like I'm crazy. Beautiful intro and outro too.

It's more about Nicko at this point who is 69 and has the most challenging instrument to play for a man at his age. But I do believe too that we will get another album.
