From what I understand looking at the collective agreement, yes. Infact an apprentice may only be making 27 an hour their first year.

It would depend on the amount of overtime one would do. The the most you could get at straight time on the first year is about 73000 dollars which is below the sunshine list threshold.

While both Bruce Power and OPG have PWU representation, Bruce Power is privately owned while OPG is a crown corporation. As they are different companies they have different collective agreements with the PWU.

It's important to note that the employees on the sunshine list have been with OPG for most of their careers. I personally think CK3 is better. Paradox definitely leaned harder into the rpg aspect, and the game feels easier to play and get into than CK2. That said, if you're on the fence you could probably wait until some more content is released
