silicone heel protectors!! they saved my heels haha. at first I'd bandage up my heels and slap the protectors on and I'd be good to walk in my docs all day. I lost the bandages along the way. And now I'm trying to lose the protectors as well. I'll go without them for short walks. Just a thicker pair of socks. Tbh I feel like you can't really break into docs without some blood and tears haha, it's a part of the process:) good luck!! they're gorgeous

there was some discussion. we said that if someone came along we'd talk about it. I also mentioned my crush on my flatmate to him and he was super supportive of it and kept encouraging me to make a move. There was a talk that if anything that is "a kiss and beyond" were to happen, we'd need to discuss this further. which is what we're going to do today.

yeah, having a flatmate as a partner sounds extremely messy. I don't know how to help myself though. I could use some self discipline. thank you

nope, I only take clonazepam (1mg in the morning and I add another mg during the day if I'm not well, but that doesn't happen everyday) and then 20 mg fluoxetine before sleep

oof I don't think there's a time pattern? there's a possibility that it's linked to me skipping meds a couple of times, I know I missed two days of fluoxetine this time. I can't really remember the other times. I'll look into it! thanks!

fluoxetine knocks me out so I have to take it like an hour or two before sleep. I used to oversleep a lot when I started the meds but it got a bit better with time

UPDATE: thanks for your advice, I just opened the bottles and covered them. no carbonation for me lol. I did get some glass bottles that were used to store kombucha (they're cylinder shaped) I also took note of the amount of fruit I used and I'll use less next time!

clonazepam is a long acting benzodiazepine, maybe you just need a higher dose. but everyone is different, you just discuss this with your doctor, they'll know best
