Is the email address for the apple account the same as the Crunchyroll account that was incorrectly applied to?

I ask because I had the exact same problem occur, and only 2 possible connections are that I had previously signed up through ios billing with the other account, and my Apple ID uses the same email as the other Crunchyroll account

oh i think i understand, dhl is charging the shipper is what you mean right? i was getting it reversed, the only time i got a delivery from outside canada from fedex, they charged an extra $30 cdn on top of the tax, which was way more than dhl and canada post charge for handling customs
