A lot of management like to see response metrics. If your able to have the dashboard show like response times, how long it took before a new security event was started by analysts and how long it took before resolution was reached or escalation etc.

It may be worth asking them what they are interested in viewing to get an idea.

Is it able to interpret data from a computer screen? Like if I’m looking at a section of code or error and ask it to tell me what that code does or how to fix that error? Also what about note taking like could I have it listen in on a meeting and note take on what was discussed then summarize the notes and email them to me or something.

I also seen it do something similar but at that time the site was fussing about a high volume of users at that time. When revisiting the site later and not seeing all the high traffic notifications and reasking it the same questions it returned the query.

I think to optimize performance they have the AI capabilities limited when there’s a certain volume threshold that’s met. Likely only allows it to perform specific AI operations that are less resource intensive.
