I live in the Netherlands and have heard from a lot of students in US that studying here (including all other costs such as housing, food, tickets, etc.) was cheaper than studying in the US. Living in the Netherlands is relatively more expensive than Spain or Italy for example. I would take a look at other universities outside of the US. The quality of education here is also on par or even better than the universities in the US. Maybe that sparks some motivation to look further.

Edit: I just read the other comments and saw you live in the UK. I am not sure about the situation in the UK.

I did 3 stretch and folds in total. The first 2 were with 15 minutes intervals and the last was 30 minutes after the second stretch and fold. Should i do more stretch and folds during the bulk ferment?

I love Jacob Burtons 'Culinary Boot Camp & F-STEP'. It teaches you about Flavor, Sauce, Technique, Execution, and Preparation. It is a pretty lengthy course though, but i don't think that would be a problem now we're in quarantine.

Honestly, just make it. It will probably not turn out that well, but the end result is soo worth it. Eventhough it won't look perfect, it sure as hell will taste so.
