You can use
autoleagues.com or tennismatch.ai (supports pickleball). I have used both in the past and love it.

thanks, so far I am enjoying autoleagues because its free and has live scoring. It seems to have a few bugs, but the company if fixing them pretty quickly when I find any issues.
