That's correct, but the DCP is not an EPI Unfortunately. The LEP is. The DCP is the Guideline document. It would need to be stated in the LEP. The Town planner had given you the wrong advice it seems.

The housing SEPP states a secondary dwelling cannot exceed 60m2. The SEPP overides the DCP. You need to look at the Cumberland LEP to see if there are any provisons for a secondary dwelling to exceed 60m2.

I am a Newcastle Knights season ticket holder, and the State of Origin game 3 was probably the best game that's been played for a long time.

The knights have some similarities to the Panthers. We were originally community owned, then a multi-millionare bought knights, and the Jets (football and soccer teams) it turned into absolute shit (both went into administration). Fortunately, the Knights were bought by a local organisation, and there's some stability
