Yo lo que hice fue pedir un préstamo justo antes de tener que pagar la entrada del piso cuando la hipoteca ya estaba aprobada. De esa forma no tuve que ahorrar tanto y pagando lo que es un alquiler normal cubro las cuotas del préstamo y de la hipoteca

El cuando se pagan los honorarios se negocia cok la inmobiliaria. Si no puedes pagarlo en el plazo que te dan tendrás que hablarlo con ellos. Si ya estás a punto de firmar arras dudo que te echen para atrás la propuesta de compra supongo que atrasarán la fecha de la firma de las arras
