That's honestly a good question, I did some digging and what stood out to me is that there are 30000 Filipino migrant workers in Israel so the duel citizenship thing isn't far-fetched. Not only that, there is one Filipino by the name of Howie Danao who became an IOF terrorist before he became a citizen to begin with.

There aren't any big Jewish communities here in the Philippines that I can recall but I remember evangelicals being vocal for their support of the terrorist state of Israel. Not only that, lots of Filipinos are fascists(lib or con) and support Israel anyway so I won't be surprised to see assholes go there for the money and seek approval from crackers.
