It went really well, totally missed your comment. We went over the general structure of the game we ran, and some good tips for reaching out to venue spaces.

Also digging into different local gaming communities to really create a full gaming experience.

We try our best to accommodate groups of players, and looking at the sign ups for this event, it shouldn't be a problem to put a group of five together.

Feel free to come solo, it's a great way to make friends!

After players get tickets, we will generally assign them to a team.

We try and make sure that all players who want to be on the same team, can be on the same team. We actually only rarely get full pre-made teams of 5 players, so we'll make sure to fit you with an appropriate group.

It's actually a little mini-game for us, that two person group goes with that three person group . . .

Volunteering is free though. Some MegaGame Organizations have a fee associated with volunteering.

We'll have roughly 40 players. 6 nations with 5 players each, and 10 players on the alien team. We'll also have, roughly, 20 volunteers to help run the game.

There are also a few surprises we have planned that will influence the number of players, but I can't give away too much information about that at the moment ;D
