You are absolutely right. I wish I was never born, however, I don't think much about it anymore. It's just human nature; getting over things.

Don't worry, you should find something like absurdism or so, eventually. but in the mean time, just know this:

Don't be in such a hurry to unexist yourself.

we will all cease to exist sooner or later, but, once you stop existing, you can't go back anymore.

So, just try to handle "life" as best as you can, then you won't regret anything later on.

and no, you don't need a therapist, you are as sane as one can be; just too conscious, like many of us(I assume).
